F.A.Q.
Have a window replacement question? Here are some of our most inquired about items, but you may always contact a project consultant or our office for more information. Let us debunk any window replacement myths you may have so you can trust you are making the right choice!
What happens if it rains before my project is complete?
Our scheduler and crews do an excellent job of predicting the timing of weather and time to complete your job, however, sometimes Mother Nature has some tricks up her sleeve. In these instances, they will very securely tarp any exposed areas of your home to ensure that no weather will penetrate or damage any areas that are not yet completed.
Will your consultant be at my house for hours?
Not unless you want us there for that long! We understand that your time is very valuable and we will stay as long as necessary to make you feel comfortable about the choices you are making but we NEVER overstay our welcome and will gladly schedule a follow up appointment to allow you time to mull over what we have to offer and bring any questions to the table.
What style/type of window should I choose?
There are so many choices! Don’t be overwhelmed. It is the responsibility of your project consultant to make this choice simple for you. He will work with you to narrow down the styles and types and help you make decisions based on your preference, the general “look” of your neighborhood and even what works best for the weather in your area!
What kind of return on investment can I expect on my window purchase?
According to Remodel Magazine’s 2019 assessment, you will receive a 73% return on investment for your vinyl windows and a 71% return on your composite or wood windows.
Will my windows be custom made?
Yes. All of our windows are built to the specific opening sizes measured by our installer to ensure a perfect fit in your home.
